Every Guild 1947 piece is made with care and sent with intention. We want you to love what you receive; and if something isn't right, we'll help you sort it.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Approved exchanges are issued as store credit equal to your purchase value. The credit can be used on any future order at guild1947.com- it doesn't expire.
We don't currently offer cash refunds on returns, in cases of damage, defect, or a wrong item being sent (more on that below).
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In its original condition with all tags attached
3. In its original Guild 1947 packaging
We require a continuous, unedited unboxing video for every exchange. This protects both of us; it confirms the condition of the piece on arrival, and it confirms what's been sent back.
Your video must clearly show:
1. The sealed package, before opening
2. The piece being unwrapped
3. The same piece being repacked for return
Exchanges submitted without a valid unboxing and repacking video cannot be processed.
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email hello@guild1947.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.
In these cases, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, processed within 7 business days of approval.
Email hello@guild1947.com within 7 days of delivery, with:
1. Your order number
2. The reason for return
3. Your unboxing and repacking video
We'll respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions.
Once your return arrives at our workshop and passes inspection, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days. We'll email you the moment it's live in your account.

2. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
3. Items returned without a valid unboxing video
