Each piece is checked, polished, and packed by hand at our workshop in Rajkot before it ships to you. Here's what to expect after you place an order.
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We don't process or ship on Sundays or public holidays. During new launches or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Once dispatched, you can expect:
Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days
We work with trusted courier partners to make sure your piece arrives safely.
Free shipping on all orders above ₹15,000.
Orders below ₹15,000 carry a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use it to follow your piece directly with the courier partner.
If a delivery attempt fails — wrong address, no one available, anything else — the courier will try again. After 3 failed attempts, the order returns to us, and a reshipping charge will apply if you'd like us to send it out again.
To avoid this, please double-check your address and phone number at checkout, and keep your phone reachable on delivery day.
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@guild1947.com within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
The unboxing video is essential — without it, we can't process damage claims. Details on our Returns page.
